Description
Between 1976 and 1977, Porsche introduced the Carrera 3.0, featuring wide rear flares, an optional whale-tail spoiler, and various luxury enhancements. This model was offered in all markets except the United States. As the successor to the Carrera 2.7 MFI, the Carrera 3.0 was powered by a naturally aspirated variant of the 930's engine. Production was limited to just 3,687 unitsa modest figure compared to the nearly 58,000 911 SCs and 76,500 Carrera 3.2s that followed. Of these, 2,564 were Coups, while 1,123 were Targas (semi-convertibles). The Carrera 3.0 was succeeded by the Porsche 911 SC in the 1978 model year. We are proud to offer a rare Porsche Carrera 3.0, a limited-production classic from 1976-1977, with fewer than 80,000 original miles. This exceptional example features the iconic wide rear flares, an optional whale-tail spoiler, and a naturally aspirated 930-derived engine. With only 3,687 units ever produced, the Carrera 3.0 remains a sought-after collectors piece. Dont miss this opportunity to own a piece of Porsche historycontact us today for details.
